We will set up a coffee station near your urn or kettle consisting of:
Coffee, Tea, Milk, Sugar, Disposable Cups & Teaspoons

PLATES CUTLERY & NAPKINS

We supply gourmet disposable plastic plates & cutlery and colour napkins
China plates and stainless steel available (see booking form).

STAFF

Staff arrive 4 hours prior to your eating time. They will cook, prepare and serve your function. They are there from start to finish to ensure your meat is cooked to perfection and your function is a success.

ALL REMAINING FOOD IS LEFT FOR YOUR CONTINUED ENJOYMENT!!

Please note the following:

We have a minimum of 30 adult guests, however, if under 60 adult guests a $100.00 surcharge applies.
Children 4years -10 years are half adult price, under 4years FREE
Tables – Please provide two 6 – 8 foot tables for buffet, or we can provide tables at an additional cost of $11.00 each.
