Choose Three from these six:
BEEF, PORK, LAMB, CHICKEN, HOT HAM or (TURKEY BREAST - by request $2.00 ph extra).

HOT ROAST POTATOES

Cooked in their jackets and served with sour cream.

SEVEN FRESH SALADS/VEGETABLES OR MIXTURE

(Choose 4 from the following) Potato, Pasta, Coleslaw, Roast Pumpkin, Baby Carrots, Baby Beans, or Mixed Vegetables. These three are standard at every function - Pineapple, Beetroot and a Tossed Garden Salad.

BREAD

French Sticks cut up and buttered.

CONDIMENTS

Hot Home-made Gravy, Seeded Mustard, Apple Sauce, Salt & Pepper.

DESSERTS

Choose four from the following – Vanilla Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Fruit Salad, Apple Pie, Pavlova, Chocolate Mud Cake
Served with fresh cream & and baked fresh daily.

COMPLIMENTARY TEA & COFFEE

We Supply Disposable Cups, Milk, Sugar, Tea & Coffee.

PLATES CUTLERY & NAPKINS

We supply Genfac Disposable Plates & Stainless Steel Cutlery.China Plates are available for an Additional Cost of $2.00 per head for the main meal,$3.50 per head for the main and dessert (See Booking Form).

STAFF

Staff arrive 4 hours prior to your eating time to cook & prepare for your function. They are there from start to finish to ensure your meat is roasted to perfection. All fresh meat is completely cooked at your venue.

ALL REMAINING FOOD IS LEFT FOR YOUR CONTINUED ENJOYMENT

Please supply adequate containers for left overs.

BILLING

We have a minimum of 30 adult guests, however if under 60 adult guests a $80.00 surcharge applies. Children 4 to 10 are half price, under 4 are free of charge.
